Pure Intentions Dating — Safety & Anti-Trafficking Policy
Last Updated: August 31, 2026
1. Our Commitment
Pure Intentions Dating has zero tolerance for human trafficking, sexual exploitation, commercial sex solicitation, and any attempt to use this service to harm another person. We built this platform for marriage-minded adults seeking a genuine relationship. Anyone using it to recruit, coerce, advertise, or exploit is not welcome here, and we will remove them and cooperate with law enforcement.
This policy applies to every member, every profile, every photograph, and every message on the service.
2. Adults Only
Membership is restricted to people aged 18 and over. We require a date of birth at registration and refuse any account that does not meet the minimum age. Members must also affirm that they are 18 or older before an account is created. We do not knowingly permit anyone under 18 to register, and we remove any account we discover to belong to a minor.
If you believe a minor is using this service, report it immediately using the methods in section 5. We treat these reports as our highest priority.
3. Prohibited Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal:
- Human trafficking, or recruiting, harbouring, transporting, or soliciting a person for labour or commercial sex.
- Any commercial sex activity, escort advertising, or solicitation, whether or not it is legal where you live.
- Sexual exploitation of any kind, including coercion, blackmail, or sextortion.
- Any content involving a minor, or any attempt to contact, groom, or solicit a minor.
- Creating a profile on behalf of another person, or controlling another person's account or communications.
- Posting another person's photographs or identity as your own.
4. How We Detect Abuse
We use a combination of member reporting and platform controls:
- Photograph review. Photographs are reviewed before they appear on the service, and may be rejected with a reason recorded.
- Automated content screening. Profile text, messages, introductions, and support messages are screened against a maintained list of prohibited terms.
- Messaging limits. Accounts that send messages at a volume consistent with mass solicitation are automatically suspended for review.
- Member reports. Every profile on the service can be blocked and reported. Reports are reviewed by a human administrator.
- Account records. We keep an activity record for each account, which allows us to reconstruct events and preserve evidence when required.
Removing an account also blocks that person's email address from being used to register again.
5. How to Report
If someone is in immediate danger, call 911 (or your local emergency number) first.
To report a concern to us:
- In the app or on the website: open the member's profile and choose Report, then pick the category that fits — including Human trafficking or exploitation, This person is under 18, and Prostitution or paid sex solicitation. Add anything that would help us find it, such as when it happened. Reports in those three categories are routed to the top of our review queue.
- By email: write to support@pureintentionsdating.com.
Every report opens a tracked case. An administrator reviews it, can message you directly for more detail, and you can follow the case in My Incidents. You may report anonymously to the other member: we never tell the person you reported that you were the one who reported them.
6. What We Do About It
When we receive a report of trafficking, exploitation, or a minor on the service, we:
- Prioritise it above all other reports.
- Suspend the reported account while we review, so it cannot contact anyone during the review.
- Preserve the account, its messages, its photographs, and its activity record rather than deleting them, so evidence survives.
- Remove the account permanently and block re-registration where the report is substantiated.
- Refer the matter to law enforcement as described below.
7. Working With Law Enforcement
We report suspected human trafficking to law enforcement and cooperate with their investigations. Specifically:
- We report any suspected sexual exploitation of a minor to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) through the CyberTipline, and we preserve the related account data.
- We respond to valid legal process from law enforcement, and we will preserve account records on request from a law enforcement agency while they obtain that process.
- Law enforcement may contact us at support@pureintentionsdating.com. Please identify your agency and the account or conduct at issue.
- We do not require a report from the affected member before acting. If we detect this conduct ourselves, we act on it ourselves.
8. Help and Resources
If you or someone you know is being trafficked or exploited, help is available and it is free and confidential.
- National Human Trafficking Hotline: 1-888-373-7888, available 24 hours a day. You can also text 233733.
- NCMEC CyberTipline (to report exploitation of a child): 1-800-843-5678, or report online at report.cybertip.org.
- Emergency: 911.
9. Review of This Policy
We review this policy and the controls behind it at least annually, and whenever we change how the service works. Questions about this policy may be sent to support@pureintentionsdating.com.
