1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Pure Intentions Dating ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the app. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent profile information
• Upload photos that are not of yourself or that violate our content guidelines
• Use the app for spam, solicitation, or commercial purposes
• Create multiple accounts or impersonate others
• Attempt to access accounts or data belonging to other users

5. Membership & Subscriptions

The app offers both free and paid membership tiers. Paid subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with notice.

6. Content & Moderation

You retain ownership of content you post. By uploading photos or writing profile content, you grant us a license to display that content within the app. We reserve the right to remove content that violates our guidelines. Uploaded photos are reviewed by our moderation team before appearing to other users.

7. Termination & Data Deletion

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your Settings page.

When you delete your account, we remove your profile and personal data from the service. Limited records may be retained where necessary for safety, security, fraud prevention, payment/accounting, legal compliance, or to enforce these terms. Retained records are kept only for defined periods and are access-controlled. See our Privacy Policy for the full data retention schedule.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not conduct background checks on users and are not responsible for user conduct. Use the app at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
